Shipping Policy
We are excited to announce FREE SHIPPING for new program enrollees.
FREE shipping is restricted to the major 48 United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico is available for a charge. Uprightly is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges that may be added by international governments for importing goods.
Return & Exchange Policy
We help customize, personalize, and virtualize everything we do to ensure you get the absolute best product and result in the end. If at first you are unhappy with any product, we are here to make it right by making the reasonable adjustments necessary to make you more than satisfied.
For product purchases, any unsatisfied customers can request a refund inside our 90-day refund policy, some restrictions apply. Uprightly Program members who are compliant to their recommended program as directed by their dedicated spine coach, who have completed at least four coaching sessions, and are not seeing improvements, may receive a refund within 30-days of their enrollment date. Patients must qualify for a refund by meeting all of the following criteria:

Patient enrolled in the comprehensive program that was recommended by their dedicated spine coach.

Patient has participated in at least four coaching sessions and participated in a spine shape assessment and analysis respectively for each visit.

Patient has followed the at-home assignments or instructions as directed by their spine coach.

Patient is not experiencing symptom and function improvements.

Patient is not experiencing spine shape improvements.

Patient has cared for and returned all program items/products in like-new condition.
Refunds for program items can be accepted inside 90-days for standard product purchases only (Mattress, office chairs, portable lumbar support, and accessories) some restrictions and restocking fees may apply.
Restocking fees on product purchases may be applied if the condition of the returned item is worn or appears 'used'. Damage or missing parts will disqualify the refund unless otherwise authorized by management. UpLifter™ returns can only qualify within 30 days unless otherwise approved for a 90 day approval, because it is a program-specific product. When items are received with damage or signs of use beyond the normal expectations, restocking fees up to 25% of the total purchase amount may be applied.
For product refund requests, customers must return items at their own expense inside of the policy window indicated. Personalized products with special or custom modifications such as abnormal upholstery requests, may be disqualified from receiving any refunds.
Warranty items that require return shipping are the customer's responsibility. Uprightly, Inc. will then cover the cost of shipping or returning the item back to the customer when authorized. Warranty repairs may include product replacement, repair, or part swap with similar items at the discretion of Uprightly, Inc.
