WARRANTY PROVIDES:
Parts covered under the this warranty are limited to manufacture defects or failures under ordinary use and ordinary shifts of use and are applied to the structural parts such as: base, seat mechanism control, seat frame, backrest frame, and arm pad frames. In the case where purchaser requires repairs or maintenance that is covered under the limited warranty, purchaser is responsible for shipping the defective part(s) to Uprightly, Inc. at 1464 W 40 S #500, Lindon, UT 84042 or any authorized Uprightly repair center specified by the manufacturer. The defective parts may be repaired or replaced by option of the manufacturer at no charge to purchaser with a new or refurbished product of comparable function, performance, and quality. The repaired or replaced parts will then be shipped back to purchaser and the expense of the manufacturer.
5 YEAR WARRANTY
Parts not included under the limited lifetime warranty are the non-structural moving parts which are covered under the standard 5 year manufacture defect warranty.
• Replacement parts are covered under the 5 yearmanufacture defect warranty such as: upholstery, foam, casters, gas lift, spine support mechanism, and armrest moving parts.
WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCT FAILURE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM:
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to apply, install or maintain products according to Uprightly's instructions and guidelines.
• Abuse, misuse, or accident
