The Uprightly Mattress has a 5-yr manufacturer defect warranty. Unlike other manufactures who hide behind phony restrictions with those really long warranties, we are up front with you about how quickly foam or a mattress truly wears out. That's why we've designed the Uprightly Mattress to unzip for the managing and replacing of parts as needed. This design can become a 50-year mattress with optimal rotation and maintenance through part replacement. 

If a mattress has defective parts, Uprightly, Inc. will decide how to best facilitate the repair or replacement. You may be responsible for shipping the mattress back to and/or from our facilities for repair or replacement based on authorization of warranty repair.
